1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal details, including a valid CNIC and/or driving license if required.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from our team via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Rental Eligibility

  • The renter must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid CNIC and/or driver’s license must be provided when requested.
  • SS Rent A Car reserves the right to refuse service to any individual based on safety, fraud concerns, or incomplete information.

3. Vehicle Use

  • The vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes.
  • Subleasing, racing, or transporting illegal goods is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are not allowed.
  • The renter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle during the rental period.

4. With Driver Rentals

  • All rentals come with a professional driver unless otherwise arranged.
  • Drivers are punctual and responsible for safe travel, but users must also cooperate with route and timing management.
  • Harassment, mistreatment, or inappropriate behavior toward drivers will result in immediate cancellation.

5. Fuel & Tolls

  • Fuel charges are not included in the base rental fare unless clearly mentioned.
  • Tolls, parking, and other road expenses are to be paid by the customer during the trip.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to pickup time.
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur partial or full charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

  • SS Rent A Car Pakistan is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen mechanical issues.
  • In case of breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be arranged where possible.

8. Damage & Liability

  • Customers will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence or violation of rules.
  • In case of an accident (when not at fault), proper police reports and documentation are required.

9. Pricing & Payments

  • Rental prices may vary depending on car type, location, time, and duration.
  • All prices will be shared transparently before confirmation.
  • Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, or any approved digital method.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal details are collected only to process your booking and ensure secure service.

11. Changes to Terms
